Processing Time

All orders are handmade and personalised with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated on your order’s progress.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer standard and tracked delivery options at checkout.

• Standard Delivery (UK): 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Tracked Delivery (UK): 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location. 

Order Tracking

If you select tracked shipping, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
