Custom Garments

  • Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed, unless the item is faulty.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@weprintuk.com.

  • We may ask for photos of the fault to help us resolve the issue.

  • Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Custom Items

  • If you purchase any non-custom items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
