Custom Garments

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed, unless the item is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@weprintuk.com.

We may ask for photos of the fault to help us resolve the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund.
Non-Custom Items

If you purchase any non-custom items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
