• Custom garment orders are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP and include taxes where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

• We accept payments via bank transfers or cash if the order is delivered in person.

3. Delivery

• We will ship your order to the address you provide.

• Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom garments: cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged.

• If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and photos.

• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profits, business, or data).

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price you paid for the product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
